পুলিশ জনগণের বন্ধু এবং আস্থার প্রতীক। সে আস্থা থেকে বাংলাদেশ পুলিশ সর্বদা রাষ্ট্রীয় সেবা নিশ্চিতকল্পে সাধারণ মানুষের পাশে প্রতিনিয়তো কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। ভালুকা মডেল থানা পুলিশ জনগণের সেবার ব্রত নিয়ে কাজ করতে দৃঢ়  প্রতিজ্ঞ। সাধারণ নাগরিকের জীবন যাপনের সামাজিক নিরপত্তা নিশ্চিতকল্পে ভরসাস্থল হিসাবে প্রতিনিয়তোই থাকতে চাই। সে কারণে প্রতিনিয়ত আপনাদের সহায়তা কামনা করছি। মোঃ হুমায়ূন কবির, অফিসার ইনচার্জ, ভালুকা মডেল থানা, ময়মনসিংহ।

Humayun Kabir has been joined as the new officer-in-charge of Bhaluka Model Police Station.
He formally took the charge of the police station on Monday morning.

In a statement, new OC Humayun Kabir said, "I will work to establish rule of law in the upazila.

I along with my policemen will work to prevent theft, robbery, mugging, terrorism and drug abuse from the upazila."
"We will work our best to make the upazila free from drugs to contribute in achieving mission and vision announced by the government", he said.  
Humayun Kabir has sought cooperation from all quarters to make Bhaluka as a model upazila.
To mention, Humayun Kabir served as officer-in-charge (investigation) at the same police station.
